  1. Above-mentioned accommodation fees are all inclusive while 8% VAT will be added.

NON-ACCOMMODATION REGISTRATION FEES

  1. The above-mentioned non-accomodation registration fee applies to participants who book in a hotel other than those designated by Flap Tour for the congress. In addition, no external participant fee will be charged.
  2. Any shuttle service requested by participants to attend the congress with accommodation will be charged for TRY 510 + VAT for one way.
  3. 18% VAT will be added to the registration fees without accommodation.

CONGRESS SHUTTLE FEES

Airport to Hotel (One Way): TRY 510

  1. The above-mentioned fee is for one-way per person. 18% VAT will be added to the above-mentioned fee.
  2. Flap Tour should be contacted for any private shuttle request. The fee will be charged individually.
  3. The shuttle fee applies to participants who will attend the congress with the registration and without accommodation. Participants staying at hotels designated by the Flap Tour for the congress will not pay for the shuttle service.

TERMS OF CANCELLATION

For any cancellation prior to 31.03.2021, 50% of the fee will be refunded. Any cancellation made after this date will not be refunded.
